　　我的教育背景和最初的工作背景都算不上優(yōu)秀，但是我用自己的努力證明了這樣一個道理-------大專生并不比本科生差，小公司一樣會有大發(fā)展。下面請老師允許我舉三個小例子來證明我的觀點。

　　我的家鄉(xiāng)在遼西的一個偏遠小山村，十年九旱，家境貧寒，高考前夕，為了籌集上大學(xué)的學(xué)費，改善家里的經(jīng)濟條件，我在家里辦起了“釀酒廠”，進行糧食加工轉(zhuǎn)化，飼料喂豬牛，后來的結(jié)果證明，這個小廠極大改善了家里的經(jīng)濟狀況，也在封閉落后的鄉(xiāng)村掀起了科學(xué)致富的春風(fēng)。這是我人生第一次創(chuàng)業(yè)嘗試。

　　以2分之差與本科失之交臂之后，我來到了遼寧財政高等專科學(xué)校，我沒有抱怨，沒有氣餒，為了破解當時大專生普遍存在的自卑心理和就業(yè)難題，我創(chuàng)建了創(chuàng)業(yè)者協(xié)會，提出了“創(chuàng)業(yè)就是就業(yè)，而且是更高起點的就業(yè)”口號，用創(chuàng)業(yè)者的標準來嚴格要求自己和所有會員，通過有效的策劃和組織，帶領(lǐng)會員進行各種創(chuàng)業(yè)嘗試，最終實現(xiàn)了兩個目標：一是協(xié)會所有的運營資金都來自于協(xié)會各種實踐活動的收入，MBA面試自我介紹范文沒有向會員收取任何會費;二是絕大部分會員經(jīng)過協(xié)會的鍛煉后，重拾了自信，在日后的求職和職業(yè)發(fā)展過程中，都表現(xiàn)出了比非會員更強的優(yōu)勢。據(jù)我最近對母校的了解，目前這個協(xié)會仍然在運作，依然是學(xué)校中最務(wù)實、最具影響力的協(xié)會。

　　2002年7月畢業(yè)后，我選擇了一家小型外貿(mào)公司。基于兩個原因：一是中國剛剛加入WTO，外貿(mào)必然有大發(fā)展;二是小公司里可以接觸到外貿(mào)全過程，能迅速提高自身的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。從對外貿(mào)一無所知到精通各個操作環(huán)節(jié)，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班請教，晚上自學(xué)研究。在完成工作目標的同時，有意識的對業(yè)務(wù)流程、單證進行規(guī)范，自編了外貿(mào)制單系統(tǒng)，使制單效率提高了75%，同時保證了單據(jù)的準確性。在過去的六年中，先后協(xié)助公司建立國際業(yè)務(wù)部與國際市場開發(fā)部并擔(dān)任主管，建立健全部門規(guī)章制度。我負責(zé)的國際市場開發(fā)部在過去的3年中創(chuàng)造了近億元的銷售業(yè)績，為公司創(chuàng)造利潤2000多萬元。目前我所服務(wù)的公司已經(jīng)成為當?shù)厮a(chǎn)龍頭企業(yè)，員工近千人，年產(chǎn)值超過億元大關(guān)。我認為我具有以下的幾個優(yōu)點

　　1. 思維活躍，悟性較強。----- 恥于安于現(xiàn)狀、能夠迅速識別利用機會，并迅速的付之行動。

　　2. 淳樸誠信，務(wù)實上進。----- 父母影響、貧苦經(jīng)歷。

　　3. 胸懷大志，連接城鄉(xiāng)。----- 整合城鄉(xiāng)供應(yīng)、加工、流通產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，助農(nóng)民增收、令市民感動。

　　4. 善于學(xué)習(xí)，總結(jié)提高。----- 自學(xué)能力強，經(jīng)常總結(jié)，做事穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打，步步為營。

　　個人缺點

　　1. 行慢于言，相對保守。

　　2. 內(nèi)心焦躁，急于求成。

　　3. 溝通不主動，還需修煉。

　　I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is abc, 25 years old. I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 2001 and major in finance.
